Hi, you didn't confirm what application is being used to create impositions, I was assuming preps, was that correct? Take a text editor and open the pjtf/JDF file ans seek out the path info for the marks that are missing. Verify and troubleshoot the links syntax agains the syntax of other links like pages that ARE working. See what that will indicate to you.
