It sounds like the press ICC profile that the Epson 7800 is running with, has too large a gamut for your press guys to match. Has somebody created an ICC profile for that press? Or are the press guys running to a standard like SW OP ANSI CGATS-TR001. Without getting into a whole bunch of colour theory and profiling wafflegab, you need to know what target the press is running to. Then plug that target into the "Final Output Process" Profile menu box of the Prinergy refiner. Feel free to e-mail me for screen snaps of the refiner if you need it. - Read More at This Link..
