Yeah... never take enough time to properly investigate a problem: blame the operators !! You're probably talking to the wrong guys there. I tested both Fuji and Kodak photopolymer plates, everything was fine, quality is v good, but I never relied on their customer support w.r.t. plate processing/quality issues, I always seeked advice from the equipment manufacturer service guys. - Read More at This Link..
