Its not an imaging problem.its a processing problem it appears. KPCS is a tool to detect the same. Its a patch that can be placed anywhere in the plate ( Preferebly placing it on the four corners and in the middle) expose and develope the plate. Look at the 50% dot block how does it apprear? How is 98% block looking... are they clogged? You will also find the checkerbox and the horizontal/ vertical bar boxes clogged if its under developed... which it seems to me.Also check the alingment and the brush pressure settings in the processor with a sample plate strip.
