Make sure your volume that the marks and color bars graphics are linked from, is mounted as SMB. In my experience, if that volume is mounted as applescript, marks will not come over. Sounds crazy, but try it, report back. Mount the volume with marks files AND the page files in SMB, then take it all from the top. Anything linked in the imposition flats needs to be mounted in SMB. You are not saying but I am assuming Preps to impose running on a Mac OS X? Marks and pages are on a Mac OS X server or workstation?
