First of all, there is no to way to "adjust" densities or even dot gain on the Epson, so if you having trouble find the "knobs, " that is because there aren't any. Secondly, what is the NAME of the target that the press is running to? Is it a STANDARD target like offset SWOP or ANSI -CGATS-TR001 or any other of the dozen or so targets available to the Prinergy system? If nobody in the shop knows the target, there most probably the pressmen are trying to find the sweet spot of the press ad-hoc. In which case, lots of luck trying to get the proof to match.
