Mac, The workflow I've described earlier is good enough for us, with distributed tasks: a PC and a Mac as frontend preparation/checking/editing, a G5 running the imposition server, another Mac with Harlequin, then the CTP and the proofing RIP, respectively. If I am to upgrade this workflow to accomodate more pages per day, I would start looking into automation. Having said that, I remember a good friend of mine from another print shop uses two harlequins (on two PCs) and some automation tools from polkadots, you might want to take a look at their website.
