Sorry for replying so late, I just read the post. I do not have the entire Prinect Workflow, but I do have Signa and Metadimension RIP. Re-assigning plate layouts is a snap, piece of cake.... In signa, open the job, IF ALL THE PRODUCT PARTS ARE THE SAME--right click on "job" and select "EditJob" (this brings up the wizard, this is the best way to alter a job as it preserves/regenerates the crops and other marks to fit the altered layout perfectly) in the wizard click the forward button until you get to the plate template section-delete the existing plate assignment, select and apply a new one, ... - Read More at This Link..
