Digital Printing Forum :: CHARACTER LIMIT USING DYNASTRIP
We have recently had an AGFA APOGEE system installed, with Dynastrip 4.0 as the imposition software. Whenever we save an imposition from Dynastrip we are limited to 12 characters - a bit of a nightmare as we are a jobbing printers with 3 sizes of plates, and print hundreds of variations of pages, sizes etc. The server is running Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition SP2 and we are using macs running OSX 10.4.11 I assume it is a mac/pc connection thing, but does anyone else have a similar setup ie using macs & server is pc - if so, is there a work around?
