We have 3 DocuColor 250's with external Fiery controllers. We are having various color issues and have many questions. Xerox has been ZERO help with solutions/answers to our color issues. In summary: 1. We will print a job for a customer and they will order a reprint (from the same files) 6 months later. Sometimes the reprint color is noticeably different from the original print, regardless of which of the 3 printers we use.
