I use 3 different rips, none of which are the same as yours. but in all three, when I view the job I see a composite, I have to turn off C, M, Y or K to view each seperation individually. the RIP should send each seperation to the platesetter/filmsetter that is what they do-they are a seperation printer..... get to know your RIP poke around in it - Read More at This Link..
